Office Hours

We are open Monday through Friday by appointment only. Our phone lines are open Mondays and Wednesdays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Our phone lines are closed on Tuesdays. Below are our hours for client appointments; please note that hours may vary based on clinician availability.

If you are a current or prospective client experiencing an emergency or crisis, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. 

Records Request

For current or former clients seeking health records, please contact our office at 314-977-2278. You will be asked to sign a release of records. Once this is returned, we will complete your request as soon as possible, typically within 72 hours.

Accessibility

Our office is on the first floor of Morrissey Hall. You can access the clinic by entering through the Lindell entrance by stairs. The clinic is just inside Morrissey Hall to the right. Alternatively, you can access the clinic by entering the building through the gray double doors just off the parking lot (there is a large "3700" sign next to the doors). There is an elevator just inside the gray doors. Take the elevator to the first floor, then turn left. Follow the long hallway to the end, then make another left. The clinic is several doors down on the left.
