Mini-Workshop Descriptions
Integrity in Growth-Oriented Action
In this session, participants will reflect on their teaching to identify habits supporting intentional growth in their teaching practice.
Expecting Integrity: How Beliefs Shape Behavior in the Age of AI
This session will explore how supporting student growth and fostering belonging can promote learning with integrity. We’ll look at how showing trust, care, and belief in students’ abilities contributes to a culture of honesty where students feel responsible for their own learning. We will discuss how mission-aligned teaching practices can build classrooms where all students can learn with integrity- with or without the use of AI.
Focus on Learning and Integrity
In this interactive workshop we will identify how the Teaching Effectiveness Framework integrates with the ideas presented in The Opposite of Cheating. We will use this opportunity to discuss some actionable ideas and how to put them into practice for the upcoming semester.
