Library Exhibit Cases

Submit an online application describing the purpose of the exhibit, preferred dates for the exhibit, and applicants contact information. The exhibit proposal should be submitted at least 8 weeks prior to the proposed beginning date of the exhibit. Applications will be evaluated by the Pius/Services/Events/Exhibits Committee. Applicants will be informed by email within 3 weeks of submitting their request in regards to the acceptance and scheduling of their proposed event. 

You can request a specific case or cases for your exhibit in the Exhibit Description of the Request Form, but there is no guarantee that you will get that or those case(s). You will be notified via email of your exhibit proposition and the cases available.
