Living in Community

Living in Saint Louis University's Micah Learning Community, you will be in the company of SLU students who are diverse in their majors, interests and faith backgrounds.

You can apply to the Micah program through the SLU Office of Admission. If you have already applied to SLU, you can log back in and continue to the Micah application. 

Apply to the Micah Program

As a Micah student, you will have the opportunity for the following:

  • Live on a Micah floor in Marguerite Hall, where you can connect with sophomore mentors and build friendships with both incoming students and sophomores.
  • Immerse yourself in service opportunities within the St. Louis community to build connections, engage meaningfully, and make a positive impact.
  • Connect and learn with other students from a diverse background who are interested in service and social justice.
  • Gather for an hour weekly to enjoy community activities and discussions led by older Micah students.
  • Participate in a Micah community retreat facilitated and led by older Micah students.
  • Enjoy the opportunity to engage in the Micah community throughout all four years of your undergraduate journey.
  • Participate in floor activities organized by SLU's housing and residence life staff.
